Do you send marketing on your own behalf from this domain?
No. pixla.email carries customer campaigns only. Pixla's own transactional mail (receipts, account notices) is sent from pixla.app, on a deliberately separate reputation.
Do you buy or import purchased lists?
No. Subscribers are collected only by explicit sign-up or by a form the customer placed on their own site. Imported third-party or purchased lists are not permitted.
How do you handle bounces and complaints?
Bounce and complaint events are processed automatically. A hard bounce marks the address bounced, and a spam complaint marks it unsubscribed — both are suppressed from all future sends immediately.
How is mail from this domain authenticated?
The domain uses Easy DKIM, a custom MAIL FROM subdomain (mail.pixla.email) with its own SPF record, and DMARC. That lets receiving mail servers verify a message really came from us.
