pixla.email is the domain Pixla Mail sends from. Pixla Mail is the email feature of Pixla Hosting — newsletters and announcements that our customers send to people who subscribed to their own site. This page explains what that means if a message from this domain landed in your inbox.
Operated by Pixla LLC · Every message carries one-click unsubscribe
Pixla doesn't build, buy, or rent mailing lists. Every address on this platform was entered by a person on a website built or hosted with Pixla.
You signed up for a newsletter, or submitted a form, on a website run by one of our customers.
That site owner writes the message. Pixla Mail sends it from pixla.email on their behalf — so the sender is them, and the delivery is us.
Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it stops that sender immediately, with no reply or account needed.
Scroll to the footer of any message and use the unsubscribe link. It takes effect immediately for that sender — no login, no confirmation email.
If a link doesn't work, mail support@pixla.app with the message and we'll suppress the address for you.
If mail from this domain looks like spam or you never subscribed, tell us at abuse@pixla.app. We investigate every report and act on the sending account.
pixla.email carries customer campaigns only. Pixla's own transactional mail (receipts, account notices) is sent from pixla.app, on a deliberately separate reputation.MAIL FROM subdomain (mail.pixla.email) with its own SPF record, and DMARC. That lets receiving mail servers verify a message really came from us.Pixla Mail is built into Pixla Hosting — write a campaign, pick a list you actually collected, and send it from your own domain.
